If the item you have ordered does not fit quite as expected, or you would like to exchange your item for another product on our online store, please select this option.
If you have decided that the item your have ordered is not quite right for you, you can exchange the value of the item into store credit to use whenever you need to update your wardrobe.
If you would simply like to get your money back for the item you purchased, we will send the refund to your chosen payment method, minus a £2.00 restocking fee*.
*The £2.00 fee is to recover any fees from packaging materials, labour, and delivery costs.

How to make a return

we don’t send these out with our orders to reduce our impact on the planet.
Pack your parcel securely and address to the address below on the outside of the box (using the address label include on the returns form). Arrange your return through you postal or courier service of your choice. We strongly suggest you obtain a proof of postage.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, no questions asked, provided we get them back within 28 days of receipt and in clean, sellable condition.
By ‘clean, sellable condition’ we do not expect the garments to be necessarily plastic wrapped and perfectly folded, but we are certainly unable to accept them for return if:
- The tags have been removed.
- They are marked, stretched, bleached or damaged in anyway.
- They are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke.
- They have been washed.
We are not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service at your own cost if you are anxious about high value items.
Please allow us up to 5 working days to process your return. We will contact you by email to confirm completion of your return.
Please make sure you have fully completed the returns form, it is important our returns department can understand how to process your return.
We will be in touch by email once your return has arrived and is in processing. Please allow 3-5 working for us to process your return. If we are able to fulfil your exchange, we will send you an email to confirm that this has been swapped and shipped. We will look to use the same delivery method and delivery address as your original order. If you would like to have your exchange delivered to a different address please make a note of this on your returns form in the ‘Reasons for return’ section’.
If your exchange is no longer in stock we will issue you with a refund for your return and confirm via email. If we are processing a refund for your return we will notify you via email as soon as it has been actioned. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your bank account. If you have paid through PayPal you may find that the refund goes directly into your PayPal balance.

We will refund all shipping costs in the event of an error of faulty product, but we will not refund your original shipping costs if you are returning an item that you have simply changed your mind about.
